What are the shipping costs?

FEA SKINCARE covers shipping costs on orders over $50. So you don't pay any shipping costs! You do have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, FEA SKINCARE ships all items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page. You'll receive a link via email once your order has been shipped. It may take a while for the Track & Trace status to become available.

What are the shipping times?

FEA SKINCARE strives to process orders quickly. Orders placed before 6:00 PM on weekdays will be processed the same day.

Delivery time is 4-5 business days, depending on the destination and any carrier delays.

I will not be home during delivery, what now?

  • First delivery attempt: If you are not at home, the courier will leave a notice with further instructions.
  • Retry delivery: FedEx usually attempts two more deliveries. You can schedule a new delivery date yourself via Track & Trace or the FedEx website.
  • Pickup at a FedEx location: If delivery is not possible, your package will be taken to a FedEx location or partner pickup point.
  • Storage period: Your package will usually be available for 5 to 7 days. If it is not collected, it will be returned to FEA SKINCARE .
  • Delivery instructions: With FedEx Delivery Manager, you can indicate in advance whether the package can be left with a neighbor or in a safe place, for example.

Wrong address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. Incorrect addresses must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. While address changes are not guaranteed, we will do our utmost to accommodate them.

Lost or stolen package

FEA SKINCARE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please report this within 7 days of the specified delivery date. FedEx will then initiate an investigation, and FEA SKINCARE will keep you updated until the investigation is complete.
