Returns Policy – FEA SKINCARE

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving reasons. After canceling, you then have another 14 days to return the product.

You will receive a full refund, including the shipping costs for the outward journey . Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

Conditions:

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original, unopened, and saleable condition (including packaging).
  • We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
  • When purchasing a bundle, all packaging must be closed.
  • Hygiene products and care products (such as skincare) can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and sealed.

2. Extra return guarantee: 30 days' reflection period

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer an additional 30-day return guarantee .

Return Policy: The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

Returns must be pre-registered by sending an email to contact@feaskincare.info with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return request
  • (If applicable) Photo of the product with damage
  • Customer's name and address

After approval, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

Please note: Returns may not be sent to the shipping address without prior approval.

3. Return conditions and guidelines

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please ensure all items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Return packages must be shipped using a traceable and insured shipping method.
  • We cannot accept any responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transportation.
  • Returns without an approved return form cannot be processed.
  • Products purchased during promotions are not eligible for return (unless the statutory right of withdrawal applies).

4. Costs and processing

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the item. You will receive confirmation once the return is approved.

5. Exceptions

Not all items are eligible for return. This includes:

  • Worn or used products.
  • Hygiene and care products whose seal has been broken.

6. Exchange

Would you like to receive a different item? The fastest way is to place a new order for the desired item after your return has been processed.

7. Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method. We aim to process this within 10 business days . Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time before the refund is visible.

8. Return instructions

Products must be returned to our warehouse in the Netherlands. You will receive the exact details after your return request has been approved.
