What are the shipping costs?

FEA SKINCARE covers the shipping costs. So you pay no shipping fees! Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, FEA SKINCARE ships all items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page. You'll receive a link via email once your order has been shipped. It may take a while for the Track & Trace status to become available.

What are the shipping times?

FEA SKINCARE strives to process orders quickly. Orders placed before 6:00 PM on weekdays will be processed the same day.

Delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on the destination and any carrier delays.

I will not be home during delivery, what now?

  • First delivery attempt: If you are not at home, the UPS driver will leave a UPS InfoNotice with further instructions.
  • Retry delivery: UPS typically attempts up to three deliveries. You can reschedule a delivery or redirect your package via the UPS My Choice portal or the UPS website.
  • Pickup at a UPS location: If delivery is not possible, your package will be held at a nearby UPS Access Point or UPS Customer Center.
  • Storage period: Your package will typically be available for 5 business days at the UPS Access Point. If it is not collected, it will be returned to FEA SKINCARE.
  • Delivery instructions: With UPS My Choice, you can set preferences in advance, such as leaving the package with a neighbor or in a safe place.

Wrong address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. Incorrect addresses must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. While address changes are not guaranteed, we will do our utmost to accommodate them.

Lost or stolen package

FEA SKINCARE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please report this within 7 days of the specified delivery date. UPS will then initiate an investigation, and FEA SKINCARE will keep you updated until the investigation is complete.
